All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

The flat rate shipping cost for your jewelry is $7.00.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on your location.

ErikaLashay’s custom jewelry orders require 15-20 days of processing and handling time.

The process and handling time excludes weekend and holidays. 

Processing time starts on the business day after your order is placed.

If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying $7.00 re-shipping fee.

Please ensure the address is correct when submitting your orders.

If your package states that it is shipped, ErikaLashay can no longer accept responsibility of that package. If a package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office to file a theft claim.

Once orders are marked as processed, you are no longer eligible for a return. ErikaLashay is not responsible for jewelry wear and tear and breakage.
